We are recruiting a Secretary to provide administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the office.  This role will carry out secretarial duties including managing and responding to correspondence, scheduling meetings and organising travel arrangements.


Duties will also include: co-ordinating diaries, maintaining databases; handling telephone calls and processing expenses.  

The successful candidate will ideally have previous secretarial and administrative experience.  Prior experience will also include drafting correspondence and experience of managing complex diaries. You will have excellent organisational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, have a pro-active and flexible approach and be used to working in a calm and efficient manner.  Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to deal with a broad spectrum of people.
