We require an experienced Diary Coordinator and Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to a busy team.

The role will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the team across all aspects of their work. Main duties include: management and administration of complex diaries, tracking of invitations; being an important point of contact for all current diary meeting and availability requests. Duties also include helping to maintain the office filing systems, arranging meetings and handling general correspondence. The successful candidate will act as a point of contact for external and internal enquiries and will respond to queries as appropriate.

 

You will have a proven ability to manage complex diary coordination and possess effective communication skills. You will be able to work well in a team, and to develop excellent working relationships at all levels. A proactive and flexible approach is required, as is the ability to use initiative and to work calmly, efficiently and quickly when under pressure whilst prioritising your own workload.

Candidates will have excellent attention to detail and advanced IT skills. The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times is paramount. This will be an office-based role.
