Gardener

The successful candidate will work primarily within the Kitchen Garden but will also undertake and assist with seasonal maintenance throughout the garden.

The successful applicant will take pride in delivering a high standard of workmanship and will be keen to apply principles of organic gardening and demonstrate flexibility, reliability and enjoyment of working as part of a team.  Candidates must have relevant experience, particularly the growing of vegetables and soft fruit but also of operating and maintaining basic horticultural machinery.  A current and valid full UK driving licence is required.  Horticultural qualifications would be desirable.
