The Prince’s Countryside Fund (PCF) is passionate about the countryside and its people. Established by HRH The Prince of Wales in 2010, the Fund works to help the prospects of family farm businesses and the quality of rural life. Both are under pressure and we are evolving rapidly as an organisation in order to support them fully.

Through our partnerships, grant giving, forums, projects like The Prince’s Farm Resilience Programme and events such as National Countryside Week – we support, promote and enhance the value of the countryside. In the last eight years we have given over £9m to over 250 projects.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Coordinator to provide secretarial support and assistance to the Director and her team, with a particular emphasis on fundraising and communications. Responsibilities will include managing and controlling the Director’s diary, monitoring emails, making travel arrangements and organising daily folders. Additional duties will include assisting the fundraising and communications team with drafting briefs and memos, researching and drafting fundraising applications, supporting social media, arranging meetings, liaising with IT and office suppliers, and assisting at events.

The successful candidate will have a good record of administrative experience with diary and inbox management as well as excellent IT skills. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required, as is a flexible and proactive approach to work. Excellent communication and team skills are essential, and the candidate must have the ability to prioritise and plan ahead.

You will be an enthusiastic, results orientated, a good team player and of course share our passion for the countryside.
